Mito Casa Hotel is just delightful. The owners and management were just delightful and could not have been more helpful and attentive. As a new comer to Santiago I really appreciated their local knowledge and advice. The facilities are fabulous and there has been a lot of attention paid to the detail - a real haven from the hustle and bustle of Santiago. Highly recommended - liked it so much I stayed an extra night

Mito Casa is a stunning small hotel as comfortable as it is beautiful. Our loft room was spacious with the most comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Everything about the hotel is outstanding-- decor, service, location, generous breakfast. The location is great, just steps away from the metro and a nice walk to great restaurants. Our family gives the Mito Casa the highest recommendation.

A pleasant surprise with quite a few positives. The large room was comfortable and impressively clean. The location is ideal, just a short walk to several vibrant neighborhoods. The hotel lacks breakfast options, which might disappoint some. Some areas show their age, like peeling wallpaper, but that doesn't detract too much from the charm of the place.

You can't beat the location of the hotel. Just across Providencia Ave. you find the bohemian neighbourhood of Bellavista. In a few steps, there is the Banquedano metro station, with two metro lines. Walking distance to the city center. The hotel is very confortable. Breakfast is simple but very good. The staff are very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend.
The only thig that bothered us was the private bathroom in the hall. Even though we knew it was like this when we booked, it is a little unconfortable to wake up in the middle of the night and face the hallway lights. Well, it´s the economy room. Other than that, great stay.

great location but basic exterior
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to vibrant neighborhoods just a short stroll away. My room was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, offering valuable local tips that enriched my experience.
The exterior of the hotel lacked appeal, which might put off some guests.

Besides the excellent taste about the furniture and the decoration, Mito Casa Hotel is a charming and cozy place to stay in Santiago. We also enjoyed the breakfast: the buffet is simple, but very well prepared and includes everything we like for the breakfast. The hotel is well located, near the metro station and you can go walk to many interesting places. But what make this place even more special than any other hotels we have ever been was the way how we were so welcome by the hotel staff. Our special thanks to: Oscar (one of the owners), Kurt and our dear friend Juan! You were all amazing and we wish you many success!
The floor is made of an original wood, which can be quite noisy. On the other hand, as it is a renewed building, it also gives an extra charming to the hotel.
